EmpowerFIT’s Boot Camp program provides a strong, supportive fitness community that trains its athletes to fully experience the joys and conquer the demands of daily life. Our workouts are varied, fun and challenging, incorporating the latest in functional, performance based training methods and led by certified, professional trainers. Join us, and you’ll be amazed at what you can accomplish!

Small Group Classes

The Scott Gym in Menlo Park

  • Butts and Guts - Tuesdays from 5:30-6:00pm: A fast-paced workout designed to fatigue your core muscles in every way possible. Every class is different and effectively sequenced to keep the fat burning and muscles responding.
  • Body Blast - Sundays 8:15am-9:00am: This circuit style class will keep your heart racing. A total body workout that will target all major muscle groups and burn some serious caloires. We workout both inside the gym and in the park for lots of variety!

Catamaran Park in Foster City

  • Body Blast - Wednesday 5:45am-6:30am: This circuit style class will keep your heart racing. A total body workout that will target all major muscle groups and burn some serious caloires. This outdoor workout offers lots of variety for a fun and innovative class!
