Our workouts are varied, fun and challenging, incorporating the latest in functional, performance based training methods and led by certified, professional trainers. Small Group Classes

In home gym — Menlo Park

  • Tuesday Butts and Guts 6-6:30pm: If you’re looking for results delivered in a fun new way, then you’ll love this class. Not only is Butts and Guts very comprehensive, but it has a great mix new exercises and equipment. Every class is different and effectively sequenced to keep the fat burning and muscles responding.
  • Sunday Body Blast 9-9:4am: This fast paced, circuit style class will keep your heart racing. Using TRX, RIP Trainer, weights,resistance bands, and more you will work every muscle in your body in just 45 min.
