Holiday Hustle Challenge

I know the holidays are one of the most difficult times of the year to stay healthy and not pack on the pounds. Rather than stressing out about losing weight, focus on maintaining your weight (not gaining weight) and you will find that it will be much easier to make smarter choices and not stress out about the seasonal festivities.

This December I invite you to create a new mindset around being healthy for the holidays. We will focus on daily exercise, simple nutrition and put into practice healthy habits that will help us avoid temptations and over indulging.

I will also share some amazing clean eating holiday recipes that taste just as good as the bad ones (if not better) and will not make you feel like a stuffed pig when you are through!
